Year Two

Year 2 at Field View

Year 2 is the final year your child will spend in Key Stage 1. We will support your child to develop their confidence in reading, writing and maths and develop their independence ready for the end of Key Stage 1 Statutory Assessments (SATs). Year 2 have a range of exciting topics including Our Local Environment, the famous artist Yayoi Kusama and the Great Fire of London. Children in Year 2 also take part in a dance and music workshop which they perform to parents and carers. We would very much like to see you there! As part of our experiential learning opportunities in school, Year 2 have the opportunity to attend a one night residential at Kingswood. The children have a fantastic time and return home very tired from all their adventures!
